This release fixes a few issues reported by users:

• import / export features are only available to admin users
• non-admin users now can NOT edit resources
• added icon next to dates to link to Activity Log from calendar, should make it much easier for user to see/get to Activity Log
• fixed bug with people marked not welcome when they shouldn’t be
• added new link to resources at top of left column in calendar if user is admin, to get to your resources
• changed name of page from “Calendar” to “Resources”
• spiffy favicon!! (thanks Liz!) — still trying to get it to appear everywhere
• added link at top of Groups column on Resources List to link over to Groups List

A new ResEngine release is now live on the Interwebs! Of particular note:

Guest Export

Next to the filter (search) on the top of the Guest List is an export
link… this will export the full list OR if a search has been done it
will export the results of the search.

Guest Import

At the bottom of the Guest List is a new import feature… it offers a
sample file to show the CSV format and then enables users to import
guest lists in that format. It will check the e-mail and phone to
de-dupe, or if those fields are not present it will de-dupe with first
name, last name

Updates & Fixes

• you can no longer make a reservation without picking a resource, it defaults to the first one available
• you can no longer make a reservation with a negative length of stay by typing directly into the fields

Our first 5 screencasts are now available on the “About” page as well
as via the three promo areas in the first footer. All the movies are
housed at YouTube and have been uploaded in their “HD format”…
earlier this morning they all looked really crappy, but now they look
better but still are not “high-definition”… YouTube should post HD
versions in the next 12 hours or so.

Promo Codes

The plans page now has a promo codes box below the three plans
selection table.

• Updated Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages to latest text from Legal
• styled Customer Forum more & reordered responses to appear in date order
• fixed bug on delete for all models
• Standardized the way you reach edit windows by removing “detail” links and replacing them with linked titles
• Standardized text from “BANNED” to “Not Welcome”
• Fixed bug on account edit that submitted to Authorize.net even if plan wasn’t upgrading/downgrading
• removed “title” attributes from links that already had pop-up detail boxes, this will be ongoing it seems
• updated calculation of “length of stay” to fix bug on reservation wizard
• widened columns on reservation wizard page two so longer names fit better
